Return Process

  Once your request is authorized, a prepaid USPS return shipping label will be generated for you to download and print.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your products in the original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the return slip is included inside.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized USPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund, typically within 5-7 business days.
